This policy explains what SIMERP LLC (“SIMERP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does with information collected through https://simerp.com (the “Site”). We use this Site to explain our program and to talk with businesses that want to look at their own numbers. We do not sell anything on it, we do not run user accounts on it, and we do not collect anyone’s health information through it.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
You give us information when you complete the Savings Assessment application, schedule a call, or contact us with a question. That information is:
- Your name
- Your business email address
- Your business phone number
- Your company name
- Your number of full-time W‑2 employees, whether your company offers a group health plan, who advises your company on benefits, and whether the decision maker will join the call
- Anything else you choose to write to us
These are business details about a company. We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, dates of birth, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, payroll files, or any medical or health information. Please do not send them to us through this Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your browser type and version, your device and operating system, your general location derived from your IP address, the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, and the site or link that sent you here. If you arrived through a specific link, such as a partner’s personalized page or a campaign link, we record which one.
2. How we use it
We use the information to:
- Prepare your Savings Assessment and review your company’s figures with you
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about a call
- Answer your questions and provide support
- Send you information about our program, which you can stop at any time
- Credit the partner or advisor who referred you, where one did
- Understand how the Site is used so we can make it better
- Meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations
3. Email and text messages
When you give us your email address, we may email you about your assessment, your scheduled call, and our program. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops promotional email immediately. We may still email you about a call you actually scheduled.
We send text messages only to people who have separately agreed to receive them, and only about their assessment or their scheduled call. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of getting an assessment or booking a call. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only in these situations:
- Companies that run parts of this business for us. Our customer relationship system, our scheduling tool, our email and text messaging providers, our website host, and our website analytics. They may use your information only to do that work for us.
- Advertising platforms. We use the Meta pixel so we can show our own ads to people who have visited this Site. That sends Meta a record of the pages you viewed here. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
- The third-party administrator that would administer your plan, and only if you decide to move forward.
- The partner or advisor who referred you, if you reached us through their personalized page or their referral, so they can follow up with you.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SIMERP or anyone else.
- In a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, or sale of the business.
- When you tell us to.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them to keep the Site working correctly, to remember where you came from so we can credit the right partner, to count visits so we can see which pages are useful, and to show our own ads to people who have been here. That last one uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies Meta can read.
Your browser can block or delete cookies. If you block them, parts of the Site may not work the way they should. You can also turn off ad personalisation in your Meta account settings, and most browsers offer a Do Not Track setting.
6. How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we are working with you or your company, and afterward for as long as we need it for legitimate business and recordkeeping reasons or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Your choices and your rights
Email info@simerp.com and we will do any of the following for you, whatever state you live in:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop sending you email or text messages
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor these requests regardless. We will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or company can promise perfect security, and we do not.
9. Children
This Site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on this page.
